This role will perform Tier 2 support services for the IT department across multiple locations in South Carolina and Georgia. Most support will be performed primarily at the corporate office or with day travel to locations as necessary.

Responsibilities
Provide process development, documentation and training:
· Produce documentation for system configurations, processes and solutions
· Develop and control standardized forms and documents for company use.
· Manage and report on IT help desk ticket system
· Provide employee training one-on-one and in group settings on IT systems
· Work with internal and external customers on project-based systems development as assigned
· Provide project control (project management lite) for IT and company projects as assigned
· Schedule and facilitate project collaboration and presentations with stakeholders and customers
· Develop practical knowledge of company IT systems to act as backup support staff when appropriate
· Follow and escalate issues both internally and with vendors when appropriate
· Identify and report process improvement opportunities.

Provide application support remotely and in person at multiple locations:
· Microsoft Office & Outlook 2013
· Microsoft Project 2013
· Microsoft SharePoint 2013
· Adobe Acrobat and related applications
· QS/1 HME health service applications
· HDMS health service applications
· Medforce Scan client applications
· KACE Desktop Management Solutions
· Terminal Services Clients
· Other Software, Custom applications and processes as necessary

Required Skills:
· AS/BA/BS degree preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong professional public speaking skills needed with experience communicating with and presenting to executives
· 4+ years of experience in a mid to high level IT support role
· Experience supporting software and operating system issues with a strong knowledge of the MS Window OS and experience with MS Office suite
· Experience with both PC's and laptops in an Active Directory environment
· The following certifications are preferred: A+, MCSE


Work hours Monday through Friday (8:30-5:30) and emergency call as necessary.
Must have own reliable transportation and be company insurable for local and regional travel as necessary.
